Wellness Massage

A body massage that includes your back, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, décolleté, face and scalp.  Pressure for this type of massage is light to medium with long flowing strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the superficial layers of the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

A massage that applies substantial pressure to work on deeper layers of muscle tissue to lengthen and relax the muscles.  This session is recommended for clients who do not want a full body massage, but who would prefer to focus on targeted areas only.

• 1 1/2 hours - $85
• 2 hours - $115

 

Trigger Point Massage

A massage that is for trigger point areas that are sensitive or hyper-active. That may consist of tight muscle fibers that can be caused by injuries, overuse or stress.  Pain from trigger points may radiate to other parts of the body. Massage for triggers points focuses on inhibiting them and reducing associated pain.

• 1 1/2 hours - $80
• 2 hours - $105

 

Spot Treament

A massage that focus one or two specific areas which may include the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, or face.

• 30 min - $40
• 45 min - $50

 

Pre-Natal Massage

A soothing massage that helps reduce muscle tension, reduces stress, swelling and relief for tender areas associated with pregnancy.

• One hour - $60

 

Sports Massage

Pre-event, Post-Event and Active-Training massage. Different types of massage needs administered during these phases of activity utilizes specific strokes to help athletes maximize performance, endurance, and mobility.
