My mission as a massage therapist is to restore, inspire and promote balance and well being in the lives of my clients. I will strive to meet and exceed the needs of my clients care with compassion and respect.

I was first introduced to the skills of a therapist years ago when I became injured.  From the care I received during this time of healing made me realize how vital massage was in my recovery. Ever since then I had the desire to become a therapist myself to be able to be a part of that healing process to improve the quality of life for others. I have been employed in other occupations during my lifetime that consisted of Parks & Recreation Supervisor,  Mental Health Case Manager, and Administrative Assistant, but being a massage therapist has been the most rewarding career.

I lived in a small town in Alaska for 46years, where I raised my four sons and then moved to Texas. Wow, what a transition that was and after 5 years there I moved to Florida after many visits to the Emerald Coast. I was involved in many different types of activities in my years living in Alaska, I explored and enjoyed the uniqueness of Texas, then when I moved to Florida the beaches on the emerald coast is where I love it the most! Can't beat the white sand, the soothing ocean and the feeling of being grounded!!! I look forward to continuing to help those in my career to have the most relaxing experience possible.
